When you order from us through our website, you will be subject to the Terms and Conditions posted on our website. Please read these. The following constitutes general information about our usual practice.

How do I make an order?
Please browse through our products using the menu on the left hand side or search for specific products using the search box in the top right hand corner. You may then click on products and purchase them in the minimum order quantity amounts stated by adding them to your shopping cart. Once you are ready to complete your order click on the "Proceed to Checkout" link. During checkout GST and delivery charges will be calculated and added to the order. Your delivery charges will be calculated after you select your delivery destination (post code) . You will then be able to choose payment options and confirm your details. Your order will be received by us when you complete the transaction and submit the order. You will then receive a tax invoice and confirmation notice via email from us. If stock is unavailable you will be notified at this stage. Once payment has been processed we can then despatch the goods to you.
Why do products have minimum quantity requirements?
Please note that we are a wholesaler of goods so most items will have a minimum order quantity. The website will usually not allow you to order less than the minimum quantity. The minimum order quantities or multiples thereof of any product will usually be incorporated in the "Order Quantities" section of the product page on the website. For example, where a product description states that you must order a Minimum Order Quantity of 6 pieces (an Inner or a Carton), and in multiples of 6 thereafter, you may order 6 items or 12, 18, 24 etc.
If your order differs from these requirements we will round your order up to the nearest multiple quantity to satisfy the requirement and send you an e-mail notification for confirmation.
How is GST calculated?
All prices on our website are quoted exclusive of GST, so GST will be calculated and added during the checkout process.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the region, the postal code of the delivery destination and size and weight of the ordered goods.
What shipping methods do you use?
Goods will usually be delivered via TOLL IPEC Road Express. You must be present to take delivery of your Products. If you are not, TOLL IPEC will leave a card for you to either reschedule the delivery or to pick up the products from the local depot. There will be a charge levied by TOLL IPEC for this re-delivery.
We may use other services to deliver your goods. We may contact you to arrange a suitable transportation method. You may contact us in case you wish to discuss an alternate method of delivery or a pick up.
How long will delivery take?
We estimate delivery will take up to 10 days from the date payment is received unless you live outside a Metro area in Australia. Although every effort is made to ship your order within this time period we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame particularly due to factors beyond our control. If you have not received your order within 14 days of payment, please contact us at website@uipl.com.au
Does your website supply to customers outside Australia?
At this point, the website is not set up for deliveries outside Australia. If you do wish to make a purchase for delivery outside Australia please contact us directly and we shall be happy to help.
